There are unlimited Google watch faces and you can download them for free. Also, there is a Google Assistant widget in the watch face.
You can ask the Google Assistant for the information which you need and if you enable the Google Assistant on the watch face, then you can ask it with your voice as well.
The watch face supports both analog and digital mode. On analog mode, it displays time as 12 hour movement (hour, minute, second). On digital mode, it displays time in 24 hour format (hour, minute, second).
If you have a Google Fit account, then by default, it sets the watch face to track the Heart Rate, Steps, Distance, Calories for the Google Fit.
The watch also has some other features like Time Travel, Clock mode, Timer, Alarms, Stopwatch, Countdown timer, Music controls, Calendar, Stopwatch, and World clock.
